Privacy policy

This policy explains how SEVEN01 (“we”) handles personal data on feederfield.com.

Who is responsible

The data controller is SEVEN01. Contact: seven01.mipo@gmail.com.

What we collect

No accounts, comments or forms. You can read the whole site without giving us any personal information. We do not run comments, sign-ups or contact forms.

Server logs. Our hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

Analytics (only with your consent). We use Google Analytics 4, but only with your permission: a cookie banner asks first. Only if you click “Accept” do we load Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets first-party cookies (names starting with _ga) and processes data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. We do not enable advertising features or remarketing. If you click “Reject” or do nothing, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (key s01-consent) so we do not ask on every page; it contains no personal data.

Email. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and keep them only as long as needed for that.

Links to retailers. When you click a link to a retailer such as Amazon, that retailer may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. We are not currently in any affiliate program, so we receive no referral or commission data. If we join one, we would receive only aggregated commission reports, not your identity, and we will update this policy.

Analytics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Server logs and security: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)). Replying to email: our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Your rights

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. California residents have the right to know about, delete and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and transfers

Analytics data is kept for no more than 14 months. Our service providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
